Introduction to the New Testament
Author: David FinseyCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsDavid Finsey evaluates the evidence for the authorship and date of each book of the New Testament.
In this work, the author focuses on the historical and cultural background of Palestine and the Roman Empire several centuries before and after the birth of Christ. Finsey introduces the reader to the historical, religious, and social life of Jesus. The author then examines the four Gospels and the beginnings of the early church.
He introduces the rest of the New Testament with a chapter on the religious and social origins of the Greco-Roman world, followed by chapters on the life of Paul, the Pauline epistles, the conciliar epistles, and the book of Revelation. This important survey concludes with a chapter on the text and canon of the New Testament.
Dr. Finsey draws on the latest archaeological and textual evidence to help clarify many New Testament passages. Illustrations, tables, and appendices make this a valuable resource for students and the general reader alike.Read morePreface

Celebrating discipline
Author: Richard J. FosterCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsRichard Foster's "Celebrating Discipline" is a true spiritual guide that has been inspiring readers around the world for over forty years to discover a deeper and richer life in faith. The 40th anniversary edition is revised and expanded, and translated for the first time for the Ukrainian reader. The author explores the classic disciplines of the Christian life and shows from his own experience that these practices help to find the true path to spiritual growth.
Foster divides spiritual practices into three areas: internal disciplines (meditation, prayer, fasting, and study) help us delve deeper into ourselves and understand the world around us; external disciplines (simplicity, solitude, humility, and service) teach us to be in wholeness with others, to live without manipulation, to be truly present with people, and to become a blessing to them; general disciplines (confession, worship, guidance, and celebration) open the door to union with God and communion.
note. The author skillfully shows how these practices can be integrated into daily life, and teaches that spiritual discipline is not a burden, but a path to joy and freedom. "Celebrating Discipline" will become a valuable compass for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of God and peace in today's world.

The Real Jesus
Author: John BlanchardCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetails"The Real Jesus" is one of those rare books that will appeal to both the skeptical and the already convinced reader. Not only is it a highly informative study of the "real Jesus," it is also a compelling apologetic for the truth and historicity of the Bible. This book will strengthen the faith of the believer and will be a powerful challenge to the unbelief of the skeptic.
John Blanchard presents a wealth of factual and doctrinal information in a way that is easy to understand. His approach contrasts with the uninteresting form of gospel presentation that has become prevalent in our time.

Unknown marriage
Author: Timothy KellerCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsThis book by bestselling author Timothy Keller shows everyone—Christians and skeptics, singles, long-married, and newly engaged—what a happy marriage should be like according to the Bible.
Modern culture tells you that anyone can find their perfect match; that romance is the most important element of a happy marriage; that your spouse should help you fulfill your potential; that marriage is not forever, but only until you are happy; that the best solution to seemingly insurmountable marital problems is to divorce and start over. In short, all of these trendy statements are false. Timothy Keller, along with his wife of over forty years, Kathy, show that marriage is a magnificent relationship. Yet it remains mysterious and incompletely understood by many of us.
"Unknown Marriage" is a book that teaches you how to build a successful marriage. It is a must-read for anyone who seeks to know God and learn to truly love others in their lives.

Evangelism in the modern world
Author: Timothy KellerCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsChristianity in the Western world is in decline. Church buildings in the United States and Europe are emptying and closing at an unprecedented rate.
How should the church respond to this?
In his short but powerful work, bestselling author Timothy Keller argues that this process should prompt us to rethink our mission entirely. Looking to the early church as a guide, church communities and individual Christians must examine themselves, their culture, and the Scriptures to develop a new missionary approach that engages with contemporary culture—an approach that makes the gospel compelling and credible for a new generation.

The Prodigal God
Author: Timothy KellerCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsIn this book, Timothy Keller uses the parable of the prodigal son to shed light on Jesus’ most important and beautiful message: the Good News of grace, hope, and salvation. Keller exposes how the parable of the prodigal son—the most famous of all Jesus’ parables—is still widely misunderstood and misrepresented. He introduces the reader to all the characters in this timeless story and shows that it is not just about the prodigal younger son, but also about the older one and, most importantly… the loving Father.
In this inspiring and thought-provoking book, Keller offers everyone—believers and the curious alike—a new understanding of the central message of the Christian faith. And that understanding can completely transform your entire life.Read moreIntroduction

It is written in a way that does not make the reader feel guilty, which usually accompanies conversations about holiness. It is not critical or reprimanding Christians for not serving enough. The book is written to convey to the reader the idea that holiness is possible and to inspire them to live a life that is possible in and through Christ. There is no one like God.
Author: Jen WilkinCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsGod is self-existent, self-sufficient, eternal, unchanging, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, omniscient, limitless, and incomprehensible.
And we don't. And that's good.
We are created limited. We cannot and never will be God. But at the root of all sin is our rebellious desire to have the qualities that belong only to God. In her book, Jen Wilkin encourages us to embrace our limitations as a way to glorify God’s infinite power and to enjoy the freedom that comes when we trust God to be God.

Evil triumphs and loses
Author: John PiperCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetails“My purpose has been to strengthen your faith in the goodness, mercy, wisdom, and power of God—and not only in the midst of trouble, but in the very sins that are woven into the fabric of those troubles.” – John Piper
God forces evil to commit suicide… God inevitably turns any, even the most egregious sins in the history of mankind, into good, contributing to the universal glory of Jesus Christ.
This book is about how God uses evil to overcome evil; how Scripture proves to us beyond a shadow of a doubt that sin and suffering were never outside the sovereign power and infinite wisdom of God, but were always part of His perfect plan and good will. It reveals God's logic in the organization of our world and the role that evil plays in it; it gives a clear picture of the God who will not fail us even in the worst of times, and allows us to see and praise Him in the midst of the greatest trials and sorrows.

Mental Disorder. Volume 1
Author: Daniel BergerCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsDespite popular belief regarding mental illness, Christians must realize that their faith in God as Savior of soul and body must extend to the understanding of the psyche. The secular concept of mental illness represents an anthropological theory, which is largely based not on real science, but on a belief in evolution, materialism, and determinism. Dr. Berger's book is, without exaggeration, unique in that it offers the Ukrainian reader, for the first time, a scientifically and biblically sound critique of the secular concept of mental illness and points to a biblical alternative.
The book will be useful to pastors, teachers, researchers, counselors, spiritual guides, and anyone interested in mental health issues.Read morePreface
