Міллер, автор книжок A Praying Life і J-Curve: Dying і Rising with Jesus in Everyday Life
The Village
The Summit Church
How do Christians grow? Few question the Bible's call to grow in godliness, but the answer to exactly how that happens is often elusive. In this book, Dane Ortlund points believers to Christ, arguing that sanctification comes not from doing more or becoming better, but from delving into the wonderful gospel truths that washed us when we first came into union with Him.
Drawing on the wisdom of figures in church history, Ortlund encourages readers to focus their gaze on Jesus in the struggle against sin, relying on His grace, and living out their invincible identity in Christ.

Happiness
Christians should not deny or ignore suffering, but we should be filled with transient joy and radiate such inner happiness, peace, and contentment that others will be drawn to what we have in Christ. Unfortunately, many believers are taught that God wants us to be holy but not happy, and that joy and happiness are entirely different things, incompatible with godliness. We have even been led to believe that God himself is not happy. But that is not true!
Join bestselling author and renowned theologian Randy Elcorn as he dispels modern Christian misconceptions about happiness and provides irrefutable biblical evidence that God not only wants us to be happy, but also commands and empowers us to be happy in Him!

The essence of modern theology
The book "The Essence of Modern Theology" was written in the 1600s by an author about whom we know almost nothing. However, it turned out to be a critically important, albeit controversial, theological work. This book is written in the form of a dialogue between a priest (Evangelist), a young Christian (Neophyte), a lawyer (Nomist), who believes that Christianity is a set of rules that must be followed, and an Antinomist who believes that it is possible to sin because God will still forgive him. The book turned out to be surprisingly insightful and remains extremely relevant today. This edition includes explanatory notes by the famous Puritan Thomas Boston, an introduction by Philip Raiken, and a historical introduction by William Vandodewaard.

APPENDIX. The reason for the dispute about "Essence"
Questions agreed by the commission of the General Assembly
Question 1. Are there any commandments in the Gospel that were not actually given before the Gospel was revealed?
Question 2. Isn't the believer now obliged by the authority of the Creator to show personal obedience to the moral law, although not for justification?
Question 3. Is the commandment, in which we find the promise of life and the threat of death, a covenant of deeds?
Question 4. Was the threat of hell added to the moral law before it took the form of the covenant of deeds?
Question 5. Only believers are free from the commanding power of the law as a covenant?
Question 6. Does the sinner receive all that is necessary for salvation at once upon justification?
Question 7. Does preaching about the need for a holy life to find eternal happiness threaten dangerous consequences for the doctrine of the gift of grace?
Question 8. Is the knowledge, faith, and conviction that Christ died for me, that He is my Savior, and that all His deeds and sufferings were done for me, a direct act of faith?
Question 9. What is the act of faith by means of which the sinner accepts Christ and His saving benefits?
Question 10. Is it possible to say that the revelation of God's will in the Word, which gives the basis for offering Christ to everyone and commands everyone to accept Him, is the gift of Christ offered by the Father to all mankind? Is this gift to all mankind realized through sovereign grace, and what is it - absolute or conditional?
Question 11. Is a similar division of the law, which is explained and applied in the "Essences" and which cannot be rejected without burying several evangelical truths, justified?
Question 12. Should hope for heaven and fear of hell be excluded from the motives of a believer's obedience? If not, how can the "Essence" be defended, which clearly excludes them, but allows for other motives?

Morning and evening
The book "Morning and Evening" by Charles Haddon Spurgeon in the last century served as a faithful guide through the ups and downs of life for tens of thousands of Christians. By reading this work every day throughout the year, you will be able to realize how important it is to abide in Christ and delve into the Scriptures. Spurgeon's wealth of biblical knowledge will allow readers to look into the heart of one of England's outstanding pastors and enduring Christian authors. This new edition of the classic for daily reading is a timely and much-needed encouragement for modern Christians.
Charles Haddon Spurgeon — English preacher and theologian, pastor of the largest Baptist church in England. One of the most prominent representatives of homiletic exegesis in Protestantism .

Instill them in your children: how to use the Scriptures in teaching children
"So many books - so little Scripture."
No doubt, on your bookshelves there are many books, textbooks, notes, seminars, magazine articles, video and audio cassettes, the purpose of which is to reveal the Christian perspective on raising children. However, with rare exceptions, most modern resources on Christian education do not emphasize what is perhaps the most important thing - how to practically apply the Bible in the process of raising children. Think about it.
Despite all your education, do you really know how to use the Bible to teach, reprove, correct and instruct your children in righteousness? If yes, then perhaps you can not read further. If not, I pray that this little book will strengthen and complement your parenting skills and teach you to use the Scriptures more carefully and effectively in raising your children.

Barbara Hughes has supported the pastoral ministry of her husband, Kent, for over forty years and is also raising four children. She is a popular teacher of women's groups and the author of several books. Barbara and Kent live in Spokane, Washington and have an ever-growing number of grandchildren.
R. Kent Hughes was senior pastor of College Church in Wheaton, Illinois for 27 years. He received a doctorate in pastoral ministry from Trinity Evangelical School of Theology. He is the father of four children and the author of numerous books. And also the editor of the series of popular comments "Preaching the Word". His wife Barbara published the book "Exercises of a Godly Wife", and together they wrote the book "Exercises of a Godly Family".

Reformed pastor
Richard Baxter, who was called "the greatest of the Puritans", wrote this book for all involved in pastoral ministry. This is an outstanding work, and it should be read by every novice minister who is preparing to work with the people under his care, and the sections devoted to the practice of ministry should be refreshed in memory at least once every three or four years. Speaking of a "reformed pastor," Baxter does not mean a pastor who advocates Calvinism, but one whose service to his people as a preacher, teacher, teacher of catechism, and role model shows that he is regenerated and transformed.

Interpretations of Solomon's Proverbs
Our behavior must correspond to our inner content. Let us constantly exercise in piety, as this book calls us to do, because we have every reason to do so. The inner light penetrates outside. Private life is necessarily reflected in everyday life. Piety will order our concessions, help us build the right priorities. A pious life brings bliss. Solomon often repeated this thought.
It is extremely important that people, especially young people, know that godliness brings joy. The world believes that piety suffers, and does not enjoy it. But one can say for sure: holiness is joy. Holiness is the only state of the soul that can be called happiness.

Paul's teaching about deacons
Among evangelical Christians, there are different opinions about the service of deacons, from church leadership to the maintenance of the church building. The author urges to evaluate the practice of service of deacons in the light of biblical teaching. He carries out a thorough exegesis of the New Testament texts about deacons and shows that the main role of deacons is to help the elders of the church. This study offers a basis for a broader consensus among biblical churches on the issue of the ministry of deacons. The book will be useful for pastors and ministers who strive to build a church service based on biblical principles.

Come, Lord Jesus.
Many people today have questions about the second coming of Christ. They wonder how and when it will happen. But do they really long for Jesus’ presence and the glory of his return? This is what the apostle Paul said is evidence of true, spiritual dedication, which will be rewarded with “a crown of righteousness.”—2 Tim. 4:8.
Answering common questions about the end times, John Piper examines the scriptural command to love the second coming. Drawing on the teachings of Jesus and Paul , Come, Lord Jesus paints a picture of the glory of the revealed Savior and His resurrected saints, helping Christians live in the present period between the first and second comings of Christ.

John Piper is a writer and preacher; the author of more than 50 books, many of which have become Christian bestsellers. He has served as a pastor and Bible teacher for more than 30 years. The founder of the Desiring God mission, the creator and apologist of the doctrine of "Christian hedonism", which claims that God is glorified in us most when we find the greatest satisfaction and joy in Him.

Forgotten Spurgeon
This book is a theological biography, in which Ch . Spurgeon reveals himself not only as a skillful orator of the end of the 19th century and an outstanding preacher , but also as a zealous Christian who boldly defends the truth of the Gospel: "I am not saved by the knowledge that Christ is the Savior, but I will certainly be saved if I trust in my Savior." Spurgeon steadfastly defended his theological views even when he found himself in the minority and completely alone. He predicted how the Church would develop after his death and warned his contemporaries against the false path.
Thanks to this and the biography, the legacy of the "king of preachers" will come to life and become even more relevant. This book will be useful not only to modern preachers, but also to a wider circle of readers.
Some dates from the life of Ch. Kh. Spurgeon

Theology
Theology is the science of God. Whether you realize it or not, our children learn about God every day. We teach them about God's power and beauty when we admire a rainbow or the power of ocean waves. We teach them about God, explaining what is good and what is bad, when we pray before bed and tell them how important it is to forgive each other. In this book, theology is presented in a simple and accessible way, it explains deep, important truths about God in a format that is understandable for you and your children.
"Theology" is a multi-level textbook for schoolchildren. If the illustrations are mainly of interest to younger readers, then the biblical links provide a very second level of learning, thus expanding the boundaries of using the book for older children. Each chapter deals with a separate topic.
This beautifully illustrated book immerses children in a story full of adventure, mystery and wonder, in which they will discover truths about God, themselves and the world around us - truths that change lives.

Jonathan Edwards
Ian Murray believes that Jonathan Edwards cannot be understood apart from his faith. Only if they consider him first and foremost as a Christian, his life and work will make sense. The integrity of this interpretation is confirmed in this study, since in this book Edwards will "speak for himself" in each specific case. This beautiful biography will serve as a classic illustration of how the church today can and should learn through the history of its past.

The life of Martyn Lloyd-Jones

Editor's notes
John Bunyan (1628–1688) English writer, Protestant preacher. Born in England. He spent most of his life in Bedford. At the age of 19 he married a young woman who persuaded him to attend church regularly. There he listened to the Gospel, and after a deep and long spiritual struggle he completely surrendered himself to the Lord, after which he was baptized and became a member of the Bedford Baptist Church. He soon began to preach in the church and the surrounding villages.
In 1660 he was arrested and imprisoned for holding secret, unsanctioned religious meetings. When he was offered freedom in exchange for a promise never to preach again, he refused and remained in prison. He was released in 1672 and immediately returned to his previous activities. For the next 16 years of his life, he was active as a pastor, writer, counselor, and senior pastor of numerous churches and youth ministries.

Precious Christ
People retell the story of Christ as a beautiful fairy tale that, while based on real events, happened so long ago that it no longer affects their daily lives.
But if Christ was born, why was he born? And if everything he said and did was so logical and precise, then who is he? And what was the purpose of his life, death, resurrection, and ascension? And how likely is it that this applies to you in any way?

Arlo and his huge stash
Arlo knows full well that he can’t get out of bed during his nap. And he’s strictly forbidden to draw on the wall. Despite the ban, Arlo does both, then desperately tries to hide his disobedience until his mother finds out. When all his efforts prove futile, Arlo experiences first the agony of hiding his sin, and then the relief and freedom of redemption.

Born on February 11, 1977, in West Virginia, where he still lives with his wife and four children, he got the idea for his first book, The Green Charcoal, from stories he told his children.

My imperfect world
This book is a painful but necessary look at war through the prism of real stories of ordinary Ukrainians whose lives were torn to pieces by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Ellina Lesnik tells what war looks like without embellishment: it is despair and hope, fear and faith, devastation and courage.
The book collects thirteen stories, each of which is a testament to the courage of those who survived and the memory of those who were lost.
The author shares personal experiences: from the moment she had to leave her home to the decision to return and rebuild her life amidst the destruction. There are stories of mothers who have lost their husbands and pray for their return, children who were forced to grow up, and the indomitable power of the church, which became a refuge and a beacon of hope for thousands of displaced people.
The book reminds us of the importance of remembering our history, calling evil by its rightful name, and continuing to fight for the life that God has given each of us. War is not just about tanks and missiles, it is the tragedy of ordinary people. But even in the deepest darkness, the author finds a ray of hope, reminding the reader of the importance of praying, acting, and carrying the light of Christ's love to a world that has been distorted by sin.
This book is not only about the destructive power of war, but also about the power of restoration, about humanity, about unwavering faith in God's mercy and justice. Read so you don't forget. Read to remember. Read to be inspired.
My story: saving a life

Mariupol: in the midst of darkness

The Cross of Christ
A life's work by one of the world's most influential thinkers on the essence of the Christian faith. With compelling honesty, John Stott shows our generation the centrality of the cross in God's redemption of the world. In the cross, Stott finds a revelation of God's greatness and love, an exposure of the world's sin and slavery. This book is more than a study of redemption; it brings Scripture into lively dialogue with Christian theology and modernity. From this emerges a model for Christian life and worship, hope and mission.

The graces of a new morning
Mornings are tough. A nutritious breakfast and a strong cup of coffee are sometimes not enough. To get you through the day, bestselling author Paul David Tripp offers something much more than a shot of caffeine. He wants to charge us with the power of the most powerful source of energy and inspiration—the Gospel. Forget about “behavior modification” and motivational aphorisms. What we really need is a personal encounter with the living God, and Paul Tripp knows this. Only then can we hope in His grace, rely on His mercy, and live for His glory every day.

Show them Jesus
In this groundbreaking guide for youth leaders, Christian and Sunday school teachers, children's ministry workers, and parents, Jack Klampenhauer teaches how to teach the gospel by telling each Bible story. Using a simple narrative structure and real-life examples, the author aims to help teachers communicate the essence of the Good News to every child in every lesson. Show Them Jesus is not a set of lessons designed to change children's behavior; this book reveals the true purpose of teaching, showing how the gospel can be applied in the lives of children and how it can transform them for eternity. This effective guide will complement and enrich existing lessons and teaching materials. It will be useful for teachers and youth leaders in any area of their ministry.

Study Bible with comments by John MacArthur
The Bible is a collection of sixty-six books inspired by God. They are collected in two testaments: Old (39 books) and New (27 books). Prophets, priests, kings and leaders of the Israeli people wrote the books of the Old Testament in Hebrew (including two parts in Aramaic). The apostles and their disciples wrote the books of the New Testament in Greek. The chronicle of the Old Testament begins with the creation of the universe and ends approximately 400 years before the First Coming of Jesus Christ.
The Synodal translation of the texts of the Holy Scriptures, corrected edition, is used in the Study Bible.

The good news of the Bible
There is a danger that biblical stories will be so simplified that their connection with the Gospel and God's great plan of salvation will be lost. In the book "The Good News of the Bible" the theological details are preserved, since each story ends with a small commentary designed to merge the events of history with God's great plan of redemption. The events of the Old Testament point to Jesus. New Testament texts tell us about the cross of Christ. The goal of the book is to string each of the 156 stories like beads on the silk thread of the Gospel.
"The Good News of the Bible" will tell Bible stories in such a way as to attract the attention of your child and instill in him a love for God's Word.

The Bible in infographics for children
"The Bible in Infographics for Children" is the first book of this format from the "Svichaddo" publishing house. Infographics came in handy in this matter in the best possible way.

Jesus in the pages of the Bible
The book "Jesus in the Pages of the Bible" presents an amazing Story, against the backdrop of which the rest of the Bible stories unfold. To understand it properly, the entire Bible is needed. At the center of this Story is the Infant, on whom the fate of all mankind depends. Each story - from Noah to Moses and King David - speaks His name. Jesus is like the central piece of the puzzle, without which it is impossible to see the whole picture. The translation has been adapted for Ukrainian readers, preserving the original artistic design. The book helps children realize that Jesus is at the center of God's great plan of salvation, as well as at the center of their lives.

Jesus on the pages of the Bible
"Jesus on the pages of the Bible" tells the main story against which all other biblical narratives unfold. It took the entire Bible to tell this story. In its center is Mladenets, on whom the fate of all mankind depends. In every history - from Noah to Moses and from Moses to King David - His name is heard. Jesus is like the missing link of a puzzle that connects its disparate fragments together, forming a complete picture.
"Jesus on the pages of the Bible" is a beautifully written and wonderfully illustrated book. It encourages the children to see for themselves that Jesus is at the center of the great History of God's salvation — and at the center of their own history as well. The book is intended for children of junior and middle school age, but will not leave anyone indifferent.

The Good News of the Bible
There is a danger of simplifying the biblical story so much that its important connection to the Gospel and God's great plan of salvation is lost. The Good News Bible preserves theological detail, for each story ends with a brief commentary designed to tie together the events of the story with God's great plan of redemption. The Old Testament stories point to Jesus. The New Testament texts tell us of His cross. The book's goal is to string each of the 156 stories, like beads, onto the silken thread of the Gospel, creating a complete picture.
"Good News of the Bible" will tell Bible stories in a way that will capture your child's attention and foster a love for God's Word.
