The Gospel for Real Life
Author: Jerry BridgesCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsThe gospel of Jesus Christ is the door to eternal life, but how does it affect us if we are already in the kingdom of God? Jerry Bridges is convinced that our lives are saturated with the gospel, as blood is saturated with oxygen. Without a doubt, it is not only the key to our salvation, but also the power for our daily growth in holiness. The book "The Gospel for Real Life" will help you: break free from the shackles of sin and know the joy of walking the path of sanctification daily; triumph in the truth of God's acceptance and our participation in His grace as a daily reality; discover the hidden old leaven of legalism in your life and begin to live in the freedom of the cross; learn how to preach the gospel to yourself daily so that you are constantly filled with its life-giving power; bring the true fullness of the gospel to a world that desperately needs it.
This new edition contains Bible study questions that will help you daily discover the “unsearchable riches of Christ” revealed to us in the Word.

Idols of the heart
Author: Timothy KellerCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsSuccess, true love, a luxurious life, power and control…
Many of us dream of these things, seeing them as the key to happiness—but deep down in our hearts there is always a lingering suspicion that they may not fulfill our hopes. The recent economic collapse has shed new light on these cherished life goals. In the space of a few months, millions of people have lost their wealth, careers, possessions, and happy marriages. It is no wonder that so many of them feel lost, lonely, disappointed, and resentful. The truth is that we have turned these good things into gods of our hearts, who, however, are incapable of giving us what we truly need. There is only one God who can fully and truly satisfy our longings, and now is the best time to meet Him in person again—or for the first time.

The good news of the Bible
Author: Marty MachowskiCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsThere is a danger that biblical stories will be so simplified that their connection with the Gospel and God's great plan of salvation will be lost. In the book "The Good News of the Bible" the theological details are preserved, since each story ends with a small commentary designed to merge the events of history with God's great plan of redemption. The events of the Old Testament point to Jesus. New Testament texts tell us about the cross of Christ. The goal of the book is to string each of the 156 stories like beads on the silk thread of the Gospel.
"The Good News of the Bible" will tell Bible stories in such a way as to attract the attention of your child and instill in him a love for God's Word.

Brothers, we are not professionals
Author: John PiperCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsWe, pastors, are being killed by the professionalization of pastoral ministry. The thinking of a professional is not the thinking of a prophet. This is not the mindset of Christ's servant. Professionalism has nothing to do with the essence of Christian ministry. The more we strive to become professionals, the more spiritual death we leave behind. After all, it is actually impossible to professionally be like children (Mt. 18:3), professionally be compassionate (Eph. 4:32), professionally thirst for God (Ps. 41:2).
Brothers, we are not professionals! We are outcasts. We are strangers and sojourners on earth (1 Pet. 2:11). Our residence is in heaven, from where we await the Lord (Phil. 3:20). Impossible professionally. will love His appearance, he did not kill this love at the same time, but they continue to kill it.
The world dictates its agenda to professionals; the plans of a spiritual person are confirmed by God. The strong wine of Jesus Christ breaks the skins of professionalism - John Piper

Great doctrines of the Bible
Author: Martin Lloyd-JonesCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsThis is a book by the famous English preacher Dr. Lloyd-Jones in three volumes. It clearly and easily explains the character and ministry of each Person of the Trinity, and also conveys the biblical teaching about the Church, about life after death, and about the last time. Despite the seriousness of the topics, the author presents his thoughts not in a dry academic form, but by showing how the received information can be applied in practice.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers interested in Christian doctrines, as well as students of Christian universities, pastors and leaders of "small groups".

Biblical truths about God, man and the world do not just give more knowledge, they help to love God and find meaning in this and the next life. But what happens when there is a discrepancy between what believers profess and how they live? In his book "Do you believe?" Pastor and bestselling author Paul David Tripp takes a detailed look at 12 basic Christian doctrines and how they affect and transform the human heart and mind.

Instill them in your children: how to use the Scriptures in teaching children
Author: Louis PrioloCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetails"So many books - so little Scripture."
No doubt, on your bookshelves there are many books, textbooks, notes, seminars, magazine articles, video and audio cassettes, the purpose of which is to reveal the Christian perspective on raising children. However, with rare exceptions, most modern resources on Christian education do not emphasize what is perhaps the most important thing - how to practically apply the Bible in the process of raising children. Think about it.
Despite all your education, do you really know how to use the Bible to teach, reprove, correct and instruct your children in righteousness? If yes, then perhaps you can not read further. If not, I pray that this little book will strengthen and complement your parenting skills and teach you to use the Scriptures more carefully and effectively in raising your children.Read moreWords of appreciation

Rejoice and tremble
Author: Michael ReevesCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsFear is one of the strongest human emotions, and one that often confuses Christians. In the Bible, the picture may seem no less confusing: is fear good or bad? And what does "fear the Lord" mean? In the book "Rejoice and Tremble", Michael Reeves dispels the clouds of confusion and shows that the fear of the Lord is not a negative concept at all, but a deep, amazing delight in the admiration of God, our Creator and Redeemer.

Heroes of the Reformation
Author: Diana Klein, Joel Robert BeekeyCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsThe Reformation was not an overnight event: God patiently worked it out year after year. As you read this book, you will learn how the Lord used different people to sow the seeds of reformation in the Church long before October 31, 1517, when Martin Luther proclaimed his Ninety-Five Theses.
We hope you will find it interesting and useful to read about Martin Luther and about forty other participants in the Reformation (among them John Knox, Pietro Martire Vermilion, Theodore Beza, Willem Tellink, and others) - some more famous, some less so, most of them heroes of the faith.
To paint a broader picture of the multifaceted Reformation, chapters on the Anabaptists and the Counter-Reformation are also included. Finally, a brief description of the impact of the Reformation on various areas of life is provided.Read morePreface
