Sermons and preachers

It deals in detail with issues that concern both preachers and listeners. Dr. M. Lloyd-Jones is called "the last of the preachers." He himself, of course, would have refuted this statement, but no preacher in Great Britain gathered such large audiences and did not receive such a high rating.

Only by grace
Author: Timur RasulovCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsGrace is an amazing, misunderstood and, unfortunately, misused concept. Without growth in grace there is no growth in practical righteousness. Proving this, the author also tries to show its essence, properties, beauty and power. Throughout the book, Timur Rasulov compares grace with lawfulness in different spheres of life. He demonstrates the advantages of undeserved kindness and the destructive disadvantages of Pharisaism. Before you is an attempt to convey to the reader the exceptional importance of grace, both in the matter of salvation and in the matter of sanctification.

Editor's Notes
John Bunyan (1628–1688) English writer, Protestant preacher. Born in England. He spent most of his life in Bedford. At the age of 19 he married a young woman who persuaded him to attend church regularly. There he listened to the Gospel, and after a deep and long spiritual struggle he completely surrendered himself to the Lord, after which he was baptized and became a member of the Bedford Baptist Church. He soon began to preach in the church and the surrounding villages.
In 1660 he was arrested and imprisoned for holding secret, unsanctioned religious meetings. When he was offered freedom in exchange for a promise never to preach again, he refused and remained in prison. He was released in 1672 and immediately returned to his previous activities. For the next 16 years of his life, he was active as a pastor, writer, counselor, and senior pastor of numerous churches and youth ministries.

The Cross of Christ
Author: John StottCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsA life's work by one of the world's most influential thinkers on the essence of the Christian faith. With compelling honesty, John Stott shows our generation the centrality of the cross in God's redemption of the world. In the cross, Stott finds a revelation of God's greatness and love, an exposure of the world's sin and slavery. This book is more than a study of redemption; it brings Scripture into lively dialogue with Christian theology and modernity. From this emerges a model for Christian life and worship, hope and mission.

The design of marriage
Author: Timothy KellerCategoryDescriptionContentAuthorDetailsThis book, based on the famous series of sermons by the best-selling author Timothy Keller, presents to everyone - Christians, skeptics, single people, long-married couples and those who are just getting engaged - a vision of what marriage should be according to the Bible.
Modern culture has probably already convinced you that everyone has a second half; that romance is the most important part of a successful marriage; that your spouse is created to help you realize your potential; that lack is not forever, but only here and now; and that starting all over after a divorce is the best solution to all seemingly intractable problems in marriage. However, such modern views are erroneous. The deep thoughts of Timothy and Cathy Keller show that marriage is a fascinating relationship that is full of mystery and that people misinterpret.
The book "The Design of Marriage" contains instructions on how to have a successful marriage and is a must-read for everyone who wants to know God and love Him with their whole lives.
