Yevgeny Bakhmutskyi Since 1993, he has been actively involved in youth ministry. In 2004, he graduated from the Novosibirsk Biblical Theological Seminary with a master's degree. In 2003, he was elected assistant to the Chairman of the RS EHB for youth ministry. In the same year, he was ordained to the priesthood. In 2009, together with the team, he founded the Russian Bible Church, where he serves as a pastor. In 2010, he was elected to the post of First Deputy Chairman of the RS EHB.
